The Editors Company is a start-up online home styling platform (www.editorscompany.com) with a mission to make home design accessible. Customers collaborate with a personal interior stylist to create breathtaking homes from 60+ brands for the price of a night out.  

 

We are now hiring a Growth Manager to help us grow the business. You will work in a passionate and collaborative team that enhances customers daily lives - one home at a time.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute growth plan;

  • Drive acquisition, engage users, and retain customers;

  • Design and optimize funnel;

  • Transform leads and customers into brand champions.

 

Experience:

  • Experience as a growth hacker/growth manager/early employee at a fast-growing start-up and/or founded a successful venture with a good growth record;

  • Good network of resources and people that could be part of the defined growth plan;

  • Experience in building structured processes.

 

Traits:

  • A good human being with a high level of integrity;

  • A data-curious pro with a creative touch;

  • Naturally curious and a bit of a nerd;

  • Broad understanding of marketing;

  • Dynamic with a good sense of humor.
