Aaron is the Founder & CEO of The Editors Company. He is responsible for the overall management and development of the company. He spends his days thinking about how to better the customer experience towards creating their ideal home.
Having overseen hundreds of home decorations, one consistent problem Aaron observed was how inaccessible and expensive good interior design was to many people. Aaron's motivation to start The Editors Company was the desire to help everyday people have a nice space to come home to.
Prior to founding The Editors Company, Aaron was the General Manager of BoConcept Hong Kong, where he was responsible for the successful market entry and brand building in the Hong Kong & Macau markets.

Fion is the Creative Director of The Editors Company. She is responsible for the creative direction and the design service of the company. Fion gets up every morning to ensure the team of online interior stylists are turning customers' home aspirations into reality.
Fion spent the first part of her career designing high-end homes and hotels, but her heart lies in designing great homes for everyday people. She is delighted by listening to a customers' wants and needs, and helping customers bring their ideal homes to life. In The Editors Company, she has found her calling.
By training, Fion is an interior designer with more than 8 years of experience designing for hospitality projects such as Grand Hyatt and Four Seasons, Onsen Hotel in Niseko, and various residential and F&B projects. Fion holds a Bachelors in Environment and Interior Design from Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, and a Masters of Art and Cultural Design from Central Saint Martins, London.
