Notes from our designer:

Overall tone of the living room is soft and neutral, with the use of light wood and grey fabrics.  We have picked furniture with clean lines and leg details. Shapes and material for furniture is relatively simple, but we have played with the function of the furniture.

 

For the living room, we have picked a ball ball pendant that gives some character to the living room.  Area rug will give a sense of arrival to the space. For dining room, both marble table or wooden table would look nice, depends on whether you would like to achieve a more modern look or a natural look.

For guest bedroom, I have proposed a transformable desk/ bed where it can serve the purpose of both and at the same time provide sufficient storage space. Adding some wall art along the wall would be nice as an extra touch to the room.

For master bedroom, we have suggested a double bed with 2 bedside table next to it. Customisable wardrobe which gives space for hanging clothes and foldable clothes. There will be extra space in the guest room for clothing storage.
